Art and Music: Better Together! | Impressionism

Wendy Adler, Zachary Montasser

Did you know that Claude Monet and Pierre-Auguste Renoir were considered the "bad boys" of art in their day? That the works of these rebels were summarily rejected by the establishment for exhibition? Impressionism took a while to catch on yet has emerged as perhaps the most popular movement throughout the art world. Our Sunday salon, "See/Hear!," will show how visual art and musical works can illustrate the beauty and techniques of the Impressionist movement.

Join us as Wendy Adler (ARTiculating Talks & Tours) and professional musician Zachary Montasser impress you with this engaging discussion, complete with a wine and cheese reception. No previous art knowledge needed.
