Italian: Beginner/Intermediate | Spring 2026

Francesca Paulucci

This course is designed for students who have some basic familiarity with Italian and are ready to strengthen their foundation while expanding their communication skills. Whether you’ve completed an introductory class or learned the basics on your own, this class will help you build confidence and fluency in everyday situations.

Through interactive lessons, lively conversations, and practical exercises, you will improve your speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. We’ll review essential grammar, broaden vocabulary for real-life contexts (travel, dining, culture, work), and introduce more complex structures such as past tenses, object pronouns, and simple compositions. Cultural elements—Italian traditions, regional differences, current events, music, and cuisine—are woven throughout the course to bring the language to life and deepen your understanding of Italy. By the end of the class, you will be able to hold longer conversations, understand spoken Italian with greater ease, and express yourself more naturally and accurately.

This is a limited enrollment class. Thursdays | 8 weeks, March 19 - May 7 | 1:00 Pm - 3:00 PM
