Post-Pandemic Life: Meaning, Values and Lessons (2 Week Course)

Jill Carroll

The coronavirus pandemic has upended the world in innumerable ways, and all of us have felt its impacts in one way or another, ranging from the mild to the severe. More specifically, the pandemic has exposed many fault-lines in our American society as well as in our daily lives as individuals. Additionally, the pandemic has pushed us as individuals into new ways of living and being (ways that previous generations of people took as “normal”) that offer intriguing, hopeful possibilities for us going forward past the pandemic. In these sessions, we will look for the meaning, values and lessons illumined by the pandemic for our culture in general and for our lives as individuals. There is a reckoning to be had - and revelation to follow - if we are willing to engage it.
