Mr. Botts is the Director of Global Cyber Security Program in the Department of International Studies and Modern Languages at St. Thomas University and previously served for 31 years in the U.S Department of State. In these lectures, he will draw on these experiences to do a deep dive into the emerging geopolitical landscape, focusing on the most immediate concerns that are challenging American policymakers in maintaining peace and stability and furthering our national interests.
