Working Through Difficult Life Transitions

Dr. Michael Winters

Whether it is a medical diagnosis, a divorce, death of a close loved one or some other life transition, the process is hard. Though there is no way to make these transitions “easy”, there are ways to understand and predict the path of the transition. This course will explore the psychology of making difficult life transitions as successfully as possible and give you some tools to work through them. Utilizing lecture, discussion, and exercises we will explore management of challenging passages.
This is a limited enrollment class.
