Energize your creativity, insight, and problem-solving skills by learning how to interpret your own dreams. This lecture begins with a brief look at the most intriguing findings and debates in dream research, then explores major approaches to interpretation—including Freudian and neo-Freudian theories, Gestalt methods, Jungian symbolism, and several lesser-known perspectives. You’ll learn practical techniques for analyzing your dreams by asking key questions and identifying meaningful patterns. We’ll examine amusing and evocative sample dreams together and consider multiple possible interpretations. Participants are welcome to bring their own dreams to share, time permitting.
