Cancellation And Refund Policies

• Full payment is required at the time of registration.
• No refund or credit will be given unless cancellation occurs two weeks prior to class start date.
• No refunds or credits are given for Sunday lectures or limited enrollment classes.
• No refunds will be granted for participants who miss a portion of a program.
• A 10 percent processing fee will be subtracted from all refunds.

Schedule Changes

While we make every effort to maintain the published class schedule, low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances may require a schedule change, cancellation, or instructor substitution. If a change occurs, we will make every effort to notify you as promptly as possible. In the event of a class cancellation, you may choose to receive a store credit, a donation acknowledgement, or a full refund.
