Shea Sandefer Hill
Shea has enjoyed a long, successful career managing nonprofit organizations. Shea earned a BS in General Studies from Louisiana State University, moved to Houston after graduation, and went on to earn an MBA from the University of Houston. A lifelong learner herself, she attended many classes at WIH before joining the staff in 2018. Her favorite part of working at WIH is meeting and conversing with the many great professors and experts that teach there. Being a native Louisianian, it’s no surprise that she loves having a good time listening to music, spending time with family and friends, telling stories, watching LSU football, and cooking. Shea also loves being outdoors, spending time on the water, gardening, and playing padel and golf.
