In this full immersion course, students will develop fluency and communicative competence with a native speaker through exposure to literary texts, newspaper and web articles, films and videos, and learn about their cultural contexts. Emphasis will be on conversation strategies, vocabulary expansion and writing in several different areas.

The advanced student can narrate in all the major time frames and participate in informal and some formal conversations. Emphasis will be on conversation strategies, vocabulary expansion and writing in several different areas. No textbook is required for this course. This is a limited enrollment class.
