Ursula Muenzel is a native of Germany who holds a Ph.D. in modern history from the University of Würzburg. She taught international relations at such diverse places as the University of Nairobi or St. Thomas University in Houston. Her publications cover topics from German-Jewish immigration to the USA to German-Ethiopian diplomatic relations or the policy of eminent statesman of the Weimar Republic, Gustav Stresemann. As a former researcher in the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs and spouse of a German diplomat she has an intrinsic insight in the mechanism of German politics.
