This partial immersion course (taught in both Spanish with a native speaker and in English) is designed to further develop writing, speaking, reading, and listening in Spanish by building on what you have learned in beginning Spanish classes.

You will expand your vocabulary, improve grammatical accuracy, begin to speak and write in paragraph length, and gain a greater cultural understanding of the Spanish-speaking world. Learning new vocabulary, narrating in all verb tenses, making hypotheses, and constructing conditional sentences are the main goals to becoming an independent speaker and rise to the advanced level. Any texts and worksheets utilized will be provided in class.
